Eco-DIM.07 - Zigbee

Installation on the Philips HUE:

Installing this dimmer on the HUE is not very complicated. Be the first to remove the old dimmer. Small tip: take the power off before you start. Once you have done this, connect the Eco-DIM according to the supplied diagram. Please wait here to reset the power.

Then start the HUE app on go to your lighting setup and press "add light". If the LED on the dimmer lights up red, you must first reset the dimmer. You can do this by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds. After this the LED will no longer light up. If the LED is blue immediately, you do not need to reset it/you can skip this step.

Then press search in the APP and press the reset button 2x in succession. The LED will flash blue and stop flashing to indicate that it is adding.

It was successfully added and I can control it (on/off and dimmer) via the APP. He reacts remarkably quickly.

Operate:

You get a slider to determine the dim level and of course an on / off switch.

Example scene:

I like to use the Eco-DIM as a wake light. HUE has baked in a standard scene for this, so we will also use this to switch on the lamp.
