Eco-DIM.10 - Smart LED Dimmer Module - Zigbee

Installation on the Philips HUE:

The nice thing about this dimmer is that it also works with Philips HUE, which is very nice because Philips does not have such a similar dimmer in their range.

Installing this dimmer is not very complicated. First make sure you have removed the old dimmer. Little tip: disconnect the power before you start. When you have done this, connect the Eco-DIM according to the supplied diagram. you can connect it both 2 wire and 3 wire.

Then start the HUE app go to your lighting setup and press "add light". You have to press the reset on the dimmer button 2 in succession. The LED will flash blue and then turn blue to turn off last. This indicates that the addition is successful.

It was successfully added and I can control it (on/off and dimmer) via the APP. He responds remarkably quickly. If this does not work, you can reset the dimmer first. You can do this by holding the reset button for 5 seconds.

Control:

You get a slider to determine the dim level and of course an on/off switch.

Example scene:

We can use the Eco-DIM as a Wake Up Light. So it's nice to make a scene for this. HUE has built in a scene for this as standard, so we will also use this to switch on the lamp.
