Fibaro Walli Dimmer

Competition:

More and more smart dimmers are on the market that offer a total solution. This is of course a good development. If we look at the Z-Wave protocol, there are 2 competitors who also provide a total solution, these are the Eco-Dim 07 Z-Wave and the Robbsmarrt Rotary Dimmer. These 2 dimmers are both rotary dimmers and therefore have a rotary knob to determine the dimming level. The Fibaro does not have this.

All dimmers have an energy meter, so you can see the total consumption and current consumption. Both can dim and of course turn the whole off and on. All dimmers can handle different types of cover frames / switching material and the installation depth is also the same. It should be noted here that a separate window must be purchased for the Fibaro.

The support of the various types of lamps is not so different for all dimmers.

Is there a difference? Yes, that is partly in the price. The RobbSmarrt is available from 79.95, the Eco-DIM from 105.00 and the Fibaro for € 76.50. The Eco-DIM is thus the most expensive of the row. One more difference is that the Robbsmarrt has a maximum connectable power of 300W, the Eco-DIM 200W and the Fibaro 350W.
