Review:
INNR Bridge (2.0)
Routines:
You can use routines to make your home a bit smarter. These are rules that, for example, turn lights on or off. You can create these routines via the APP. There are a number of standard routines built in. For example, if you are going to work (at home), all selected lamps will be switched on and set in your ideal color.
You can also create your own routines, this comes down to the same thing, but then you can set everything yourself. This all works super simple and is also meant to perform something quickly.
Automation:
The routines are meant to be simple to turn on/off and to make more complex rules you can use the automation part. You can find this at the bottom of the APP. Again, there are a number of standard available that you can activate. Think of an alarm clock that turns on your lights at a specific time or turns off the lights when you go to sleep.
You can also make your own automation here. You get the following triggers/starting points at your disposal: Timers, sunrise/sunset, wake up and go to sleep. Let's take a look at them all.
Timers:
Here you can set a fixed time and select the days of the week.
Sunrise/sunset:
As the name suggests, you can turn devices on/off here when the sun rises or sets. It is also possible to set another from/for time and the days of the week. The position of the sun is determined by your location.
Waking:
By waking up you can create a kind of wakeup light. The lamps will then gradually become brighter, in the time specified by you.
Go to sleep:
This is the opposite of waking up, so the lights are dimmed automatically.
The automation part is simple, but you can't make it very complex. But keep in mind that you don't want 'going to sleep' always to come on at a fixed time. But only if you go upstairs, for example.
Finally, I would like to mention that the iPhone APP has the possibility to determine whether you are at home or not via the GEO location of your phone. This allows you to arrange, for example, that your lights switch off automatically when you are not at home.
