INNR Smart Outdoor Pedestal Light Colour

Installation on Vera Plus:

This Smart Home controller from Vera supports the Zigbee protocol, so adding it should work in theory. We log in to the Vera and go to our devices. We then click on "add device" and select Generic Zigbee because we cannot find the INNR via the search engine. After a few times on "next" you will be asked to put the lamp in learning mode. You can do this by switching the lamp on and off once. It will flash briefly again.

Despite this, unfortunately I am not getting it added. Even if we reset the lamp completely by turning it on/ off 6 times.
