Neo CoolCam Motion Sensor v3

Installation on the Homey:

We will be the first to install this motion detector on the Homey by starting up the APP. You then go to the devices and click on the (+). After this, you need to install Neo CoolCam APP, if you haven't already done so. We then look for the motion sensor, making sure you take the v3. The controller will now be put into learning mode. After that it is a matter of opening the motion sensor and removing the protective tab on the battery. Now we press the button on the inside 3x. The LED will flash red 5x and I can also see in the Homey that it is being reset. Now we can really add it by pressing the button again 3x.

After this it was found and installed. You will see a motion, temperature and light sensor on the device screen. The parameters can be managed via the configuration. This saves searching in the manual. So completely complete.

Control:

In addition to the motion sensor, we also get a temperature and lux sensor. During movement, the LED will light up red and of course we see that the sensor in the Homey is set to movement.

Flow example:
We create a flow where we will use the built-in lux sensor. We ensure that if there is movement and the lux value is lower than 5, that a lamp is switched on.
