Neo Coolcam Repeater

Installation on the Homey:

The installation is not very complicated. It's a matter of plugging the repeater into the wall socket to power it up. When you have done this, you will see the LED briefly light up red. This is to indicate that it has not yet been added to a controller. So all right.

Now we log in to the Homey by going to my.homey.app (or you use the APP) and click on the plus at the top right. Now you search for Neo Coolcam and click on repeater. Now we need to put it into learning mode, this can be done by holding the button on the side for 5 seconds and releasing it when the LED lights up blue. Do not wait too long because then the addition will not succeed.

He was found almost immediately. Now I have to press and hold the button again until it lights up blue. Now I have to enter the SDK code for the extra security. This can be found on the side of the box (63942). After entering I see the LED light up green indicating that the addition was successful. And I see it appear on my devices.

Operation:

I do indeed see a temperature sensor and humidity sensor appear on my devices. With the temperature sensor it is only noticeable that it indicates - 4.4 degrees. Fortunately, this can be corrected via the configuration/parameters.

To see if the repeater works, I put it a little further from my controller and a motion sensor a little further. After a reboot of the Homey I see that the sensor goes through the repeater.

Flow options:

To create a flow, you get the following options:

Flow example:

We are going to use the humidity sensor. If it exceeds 85%, the fan must be turned on. If he drops below 60% he has to go out again.
