Xiaomi Aqara Window Door Sensor

Conclusion:

With this window and door sensor from Xiaomi you can easily register whether it is open or closed. Do you want your lamp to turn on automatically when you open a door? Then this sensor is a must have. It is very small with its 4.10 x 2.20 x 1.10 cm and is sleek design. It is powered by a CR1632 battery which is not just available everywhere. Of course you can order it online and it will cost around 80 cents a piece, which makes it a lot cheaper than the Z-Wave version.

The reaction time of the sensor is striking. This is super fast. There is no possibility to screw the sensor on, this is a shame because you, especially at a door, quickly tap it off.

It is for sale for around € 7.50 to € 15.00 depending on where you buy it. You can order it here in China, for example, or you can also order it through our Dutch partner.

So are you looking for a cheap and small sensor to further expand your system? Then you definitely need this sensor.
