Conclusion:

We can be short and sweet about this lamp. It feels solid and does what it should do. Dimming works fine and at full power there is a lot of light from the lamp. Enough to provide at least my living room with a bowl of light.

The color reproduction is quite okay, but a Philips Hue lamp gives slightly nicer colors. All the colors on the Yeelight look a bit bright.

With its price of around 18 euros, it is a nice alternative to a Philips HUE or Ikea Trådfri. One point you should pay attention to is that it is a bit large and will therefore not fit in all fixtures.
