Installation via the Homey:

In addition to the 2 solutions that Yeelight offers to control the lamp, you can also add this lamp to a real controller. To test this, we add it to the Homey by Athom.

It is best to add the lamp to the Yeelight APP as a first step (not the Xiaomi APP). You have to ensure that the lamp can be accessed via your network. You can find this in the setting of the lamp. By enabling the “Developer Mode” or “LAN control”.

If this is successful, start the Homey APP and click on your devices and then on the plus sign at the top. You then look up the Yeelight. Then select the correct lamp and it will be added.
